Delivery policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within 10 km of Chettinad Hospital, Kelambakkam, measured in a straight line. Drop a pin on the map when you order and it tells you at once if your address is inside the area.

Who delivers

Our own riders deliver every order. We do not hand orders to outside delivery apps.

Delivery times

We deliver 12 PM to 3 AM, every day. The time depends on how busy the kitchen is, the distance and the weather. We do not promise an exact arrival time, but you can follow your order on the order page.

Charges

The delivery charge, packing charge and minimum order are shown on the order page before you pay. Delivery is free once your food total reaches the free delivery amount shown there.

When the rider arrives

The rider will call the mobile number you gave. Please keep your phone on. If we cannot reach you or find the address after trying, we may cancel the order.

Orders we cannot deliver

We do not ship outside our delivery area or outside Tamil Nadu. We do not courier food.
