Baratie Kitchen ("we") runs baratiekitchen.com. This page explains what we collect when you order or send us a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile number and email (if you give one).
  • Your delivery address, landmark and the map pin you drop.
  • What you ordered, the amount, and whether you paid online or by cash.
  • The details you type into our contact, events and franchise forms.

We do not see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details. Razorpay collects those when you pay online.

Why we collect it

To cook and deliver your order, to call you if there is a problem, to confirm payment, to answer your messages, and to keep records the law asks us to keep.

Who sees it

  • Our kitchen and delivery team, so they can prepare and deliver your order.
  • Google Workspace, where we keep our order sheet and email.
  • Razorpay, which processes online payments.
  • OpenStreetMap, which provides the map tiles and address search on the order page. Your search words and map view are sent to them.

We do not sell your information.

Cookies and storage

Your cart and your last order number are saved in your browser so they are still there when you come back. You can clear them in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounts and tax, and delete enquiry messages when they are no longer useful.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing through our contact page.
